4. Contents of the Privacy Policy Statement

A. Agreement for collection of personal information

Our company provides the process of clicking either [agree] button or [disagree] button regarding our company's Privacy Policy Statement or Terms of Agreement and if the [agree] button is clicked, we see this as an agreement to the collection of personal information.

B. Purpose of usage and collection of personal information

"Personal Information" is information regarding live person including name and social security number which enables to identify (includes concerning information that may not be possible to identify a specified person on its own but enables to by combining with other information).

Customer's personal information is a absolute necessary information to enhance convenient shopping experience for our company internet shopping mall users. Information collected under this purpose will not be shared without user agreement in advance and collected information is used as following:

- Name of the parents (legal representative), Social Security Number, E-mail address, telephone number : When a child under age of 14 registers, it is necessary to confirm the agreement of the legal representative and also to confirm and identify the legal representative.

C. Protection Policy for children under age of 14

- In Case of a child under the age of 14's registration, company will discontinue the membership without notification. However, when the agreement of legal representative (parents, guardian, or any person chosen by law) is received, our company will request the legal representative's personal information and only after the confirmation the membership will be valid.

D. Period of usage and possession of the personal information our company has collected

While the customer remains as our company's member and uses the service provided by us the customer's personal information will be held and used to provide service.
In the case of discontinuing of membership by the customer's request, it is possible the information will be kept for one year as material. Also if it is necessary to be kept by the Customer Protection Policy or regarding laws of Electronic Commerce, it will be kept for the period of time set by the relevant policy. In this case, our company will use kept information for the purpose of custody and the period of custody will be as following:

- Document regarding the contract or cancellation of contract : 5 years
- Document regarding the payment or supplying of goods : 5 years
- Document regarding the customer's problem or dispute : 3 years

E. Sharing and providing the personal information our company has collected

Company will only use the user's personal information in the range notified in the "B. Purpose of usage and collection of personal information" and the user's personal information will not be exhibited in public or used outside of the range without the user's permission in advance. However, following cases are exceptional:

- In case of user has agreed in advance for the public exhibit
- In case it is necessary for accounting fee following the providing service
- When the Terms of Agreements or other member service agreement or operation principle notified on the Custom House Corporation Website Shopping mall (http://ainai.com) has been violated
- Mental and/or physical damage was applied to a third person by using our company service and public exhibit of the personal information is necessary to follow legal act.
- Any other cases decided necessary by law in favorable sense
(example: In the process or relevant law, it is requested by government or investigation organization)
- When it is provided to a specialty business to process customer's problem or questions from the usage of service.

F. Matters regarding the customer's own personal information control (viewing, revising, deleting, etc…)

Customer can always check, revise one's registered personal information and request to cancel the membership through our company homepage.
To view or revise one's information, it is possible by Log-in with ID and password and except for the ID, Social Security Number and the name, everything can be corrected. To cancel the membership, choose "cancel membership" in our company homepage and after our company's confirmation it will be terminated.

G. Technical and Control measures regarding the personal information

Our company seeks the following measures to secure security of loss, theft, leak, forgery or damage of personal information. Customer's personal information is strongly protected by password. Password for our company website shopping mall's member ID is only known by oneself and checking or correcting personal information is only possible by oneself who knows the password. Therefore, user should not share one's password with anyone else. For this matter, we suggest user to Log-Out and terminate the web browser when finished using the PC. Especially when sharing one's PC with other person or uses in a public place (company, school, library, internet game shop and etc…) this step is more than necessary to protect one's personal information from other people.

Our company tries our best to stop the member's personal information from leaking or damaging by hacking or computer virus. We back-up all the information frequently to prepare from damaging of personal information and use security program to prevent user's personal information from leaking of damaging, and by encrypted communication we securely transfer personal information on network. Also we have anti-hacking system to control illegal hacking from outside and try our best to equip ourselves with any possible security system to secure system security.

Our company limits personal information handling manager, who are educated in Custom House internet shopping mall's Privacy Policy, and separate password, which is updated regularly, is given.

I. Matters regarding the Juvenile Information Protection

By the current constitution, children under the age of 14 must have agreement from legal representative and sufficiently understand the purpose of usage and collection of personal information before sending the personal information to other person through internet. Therefore, our company explains through the terms of service and agreement and asks for the legal representative's agreement in case of registration. Our company confirms the agreement of legal representative by telephone, fax or other communication method. The collected name, Social Security Number, E-mail address and telephone number of the child's parents (legal representative) will only be used to confirm agreement and identify the parents (legal representative). Parents (legal representative) of child under age of 14 may request to view, correct or delete the child's personal information and when such request has been submitted, it will be followed by our company immediately.

Our company tries our best to have you use great service securely. Personal Information Security Manager will hold the responsibility if any opposing problem has occurred in protecting personal information.
